Time and Material (Effort) Based Model

This model measures project effort in terms of resources used and execution time. Project effort, as determined above, directly affects project cost.

The time and material (effort) based model is especially effective for complex projects that are subject to changes in specifications and designs throughout project execution. This model offers enormous scope and flexibility for the creation and modification of project specifications in line with shifting market requirements.

Fixed bid/ Project based model

This model commits a fixed fee for the full execution and delivery of a project or assignment. This presents clients with a low-risk option and is especially appropriate in circumstances where the project's scope and specifications are reasonably clear.

The client is the only focus of the assigned team. However, the resources of the Client, our resources, resources hired especially for the engagement, or a combination of all of their staff in this dedicated facility. We guarantee a seamless transfer of the solution to the customer's premises following the project's successful completion.

The project is launched with a down payment, and the remaining balance is due upon successful completion.

Build-Operate-Maintain (BOM) Model

Similar to this, we construct the dedicated offshore facility from the ground up under the Build-Operate-Maintain (BOM) model. In accordance with a service level agreement that we and our clients jointly designed, we operate and maintain the facility from beginning to end.
